Policy –
Return Authorization Label Required
We cannot accept deductions for returns or defective
products returned to Avalon Watch Corporation. We
promptly replace any authorized product returns
and will ship them back to you freight prepaid.
Using this procedure we eliminate the billing and
re-invoicing of product which would complicate the
accounting of both the vendor and the customer.
If you have not received your product return within
45 days from the date of your return, please contact
our Customer Service Department to trace the shipment.
Merchandise
will not be accepted unless our return authorization
label is prominently displayed on the outside of
the carton next to the shipping label. A return
authorization label can be obtained from us by writing
or calling our Customer Service Department. Please
advise our Customer Service Department with the
quantities and model numbers of the defective product
you wish to return. They will make up the return
authorization label and promptly send it to you
by mail.
We
cannot accept or be responsible for watches that
are not of our make nor can we accept watches that
have been shipped by us more than 8 months prior
to the request for return authorization.
The
above is a general return policy. Special cases
will be considered individually. We will do everything
possible to cooperate with our customers on a reasonable
basis.
Initial
Factory Defects
Merchandise will be accepted for over the counter
replacement during the first 15 days after the sale
to the end consumer. However, if the product is
damaged due to negligence or accident, repairs will
be made as per the terms of our limited warranty.
Consumer
Repair Policy
Avalon Watch Corporation will not be responsible
if a dealer accepts abused or used watches from
the consumer before or after the first 15 days from
the original purchase from the dealers store. Problems
that develop with the product after 15 days or due
to ordinary usage should be sent by the consumer
to Avalon Watch Corporation, 44 East 32nd Street,
New York, NY 10016, attention Service Department.
Servicing will be made according to the terms of
our limited warranty.
Claims
Claims for damaged merchandise or short shipments
must be made to Avalon Watch Corporation within
5 business days after receipt of goods. Claims must
be made in writing to our Customer Service Department
or by calling us toll free from the continental
USA, Puerto Rico or Hawaii at 1-800-289-8963 or
if calling from New York State dial 212-889-3560. |
